Back from Tioman
I am back from Tioman. I came back to Singapore a few days earlier than expected because my friends and I decided not to go to KL. The main reason was because all of us were very tired and got sun burnt.
Day 1 in Tioman (29th April 2005)
Firstly, I would like to wish Jolene and Rose a happy birthday. I didn’t sleep on that day because I am supposed to meet my friends at Golden Mile by 6.15am. I met up with my friends and went up to the bus and proceed to the Custom.
After about three hours of bus ride, we reached Mersing and we will need to take a ferry to Tioman. The ferry ride was about two hours. We reached Tioman around 2pm. After we settle down with our stuff, we went out to another island to do some snorkeling. The water was very clear and we were able to touch the fish. It was very fun. After a while, we do some hiking and reached a water fall. We were playing in the waterfall, in the mid of the fun, we saw a caterpillar crawling down. All of run make way for the caterpillar to flow into the stream. Luckily, the caterpillar was eaten up by the fish. After a while, we went back to our chalet.
After we changed up, we went out for our dinner at the nearest restaurant. We had four dishes and one soup for our meal. After that, we went back to our place to have a shower. We found a spider in our bathroom. It had a size of two fish balls. All of us keep on shouting and went up to the bed. After a while, we drive the spider away. We played a while of game then we went to sleep and prepare for activities next day.
Day 2 in Tioman (30th April 2005)
We woke up at around 8am in the morning to have our breakfast. After that, we went to a near by island to do some snorkeling again. We were able to look at some coral and it was seriously interesting. After a while, we went to the Marine Park and snorkel. We were able to look at more fishes. We stay there for a while and some of us decided to stop because there were a lot of jelly fish biting us. After that, we went back to the jetty. Some of us decided to play again. Some of them fed the fishes with bread and some of them decided to continue snorkeling. Unfortunately, Yaoguang got bitten by some fishes and he had to force to stop. The fishes bit his pulse on his right hand and luckily, it was not very serious. After that, we went back to our chalet and change up. We went to the near by beach to play and get ourselves tanned. After a few hours of havoc, we went back to have our dinner.
After our dinner, the spider was once again found in the bathroom. This time some of them had some plan to kill it. Kelvin and me ran to the restaurant and borrowed a pesticide. On the way back, I fall down and injure myself because I was unable to see the road properly as it was getting very dark. Once we went back, some of the guys manage to kill the spider and we finally got have a peaceful shower. While they were having their shower, I clean my wound at the nearest tap and Jinliang gave me a hand in handling my wounds.

We woke up around 8.30am and pack our bags to get ourselves ready to go back to Singapore. We went to have our breakfast and went to have a quick shopping to get some things for ourselves. We reached Singapore around 3pm.
